KCD Tuesday Conditioning
Tuesday workouts are designed for 16s players. However, players of any age may attend. Workouts will be held 4:15pm-5:15 pm at Courtyard.

How long does conditioning last?
Conditioning will run for 15 weeks during the season on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4:15-5:15 at Courtyard. Please see the table below for conditioning weeks. Essentially, conditioning will run through March excluding holiday weeks.
How many sessions a week should my player attend?
Players need to attend one conditioning workout a week. If they cannot attend, they need to communicate that to their coach. We know life happens and schedules don’t always allow flexibility!
Does my player have flexibility on their conditioning day?
Yes! Players can attend their workout on whichever day is best for them (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). However, workouts will be designed for specific ages on specific days (see below). This means; for example, that ideally a 14-year-old player would attend Thursday’s workout. But if she’s not able to and she joins Tuesday’s workout that is okay and the workout will be modified for her if needed!
o Tuesdays: 16s
o Wednesdays: 17s and 18s
o Thursdays: 14s and 15s
Do we need to sign up for conditioning workouts?
Signing up is appreciated so Jenna has an idea of her group size each week. Please sign up for the day that you anticipate your player will attend most of the time.
